Practice Compassion

Compassion is at the center of all positive change. Compassion for others reminds you that they are doing their best and learning at their own pace. Compassion for yourself reminds you that you are doing your best and learning at your own pace. Try to have patience in all things with all people. Just as the people around you do not know all of your limitations and burdens, remember that you do not know all of the limitations and burdens of the people around you. Compassion can help to prevent making a good situation bad or a bad situation worse. Practice compassion in all that you do to help make the world a better place.
