Five Things To Quit

We all have bad habits, and those habits can get in the way of what we hope to accomplish with our lives. For most of us, those habits often boil down to five basic things. If you can work on stopping these five things, you will put most of your worst habits, if not away completely, at least where you can more effectively work around them. Take care of these five things, and you life will improve. That much is guaranteed.
