Tug Of War

Mental illness can feel like you're playing tug of war with yourself, like you're trying to go in too many directions at once. It can feel like you don't know which direction is up, and you don't know which direction you're trying to go. It can be confusing and frightening, but it doesn't have to be. Recognize the issue, and break it down into smaller pieces to help make it more manageable. Do what you can, and accept help where you need help. Don't let the struggle tear you apart. You have options.
