Mental Health Is Important

You exercise, you eat right, you see a doctor when you need to, but what about your mental health? Your mind is just as important as your body, and needs most of the same management and upkeep. You wouldn't be embarrassed to have the flu treated, and you wouldn't try to just walk off a broken leg.
